Roulette Strategy

After you read this article you will discover that
the roulette strategy is simple but subtle.

You must know that the math behind roulette is not friendly but is
simple. For every bet (except one) the American roulette boasts a
house edge of 5.26%. The other bet give an even worse house edge of
7.29%.

A beneficial rule called “surrender” is used in some
casinos. The players are going to use a roulette strategy if this
rule is in place. Don’t forget to ask at the table before
you play.

Remember: Only to outside bets (that pay even money) you can applies
the “Surrender” rule:

a) red/black

b) even/odd

c) high/low

You only lose half of your bet if the ball lands on 0 or 00 (double
zero). Although still it is not to your favor, the casinos edge
then drops to about 2.63%.

Check the numbers:

Advantage = [18/38 x 1] + [18/38 x (-1)] + [2/38 x (-0.5)]
  = -1/38
  = -0.0263
or a house edge of 2.63%

Also you can take a look for wheels that don’t have a double
zero. American tables rarely use it, but European roulette wheels
come this way standard. With this smart roulette strategy the house
of edge drops to 2.7%.
